Originally from Northern Ontario and raised in Ottawa, Dominique transitioned to fashion after more than twenty years in the professional services industry. Encouraged early on by her mother to explore sewing and pattern making, she later refined her skills as a graduate of The Richard Robinson Fashion Design Academy.
Dominique’s work blends structure with playfulness, creating pieces that feel personal, confident, and built to last. Lüme Designs is the beginning of a story shaped by creativity, curiosity, and a belief that fashion should be both beautiful and fun.
